28th Big Game Awards Program
July 17–20, 2013, in Reno, Nevada
A trophy big game animal means different things to different people. In the greater context of wildlife conservation, a Boone and Crockett trophy is an indicator that the system that manages game species as a public trust resource, is working.
To reaffirm the success of this system, known as the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation, the Boone and Crockett Club hosts a triennial trophy display and awards banquet. Its purpose is to honor the trophies that are the result of sustainable use conservation, and the fair chase sportsmen who were fortunate enough to have taken some of the highest-ranking trophies over the previous three years.
Visit www.BigGameAwards.com for more information, Including a schedule, registration, location and lodging, as well as a photo gallery of invited trophies.
