Looking to buy new binoculars

I am in the market for some new binoculars, here is the criteria I am looking for:

  1. Multi-coated lenses
  2. high quality glass
  3. 10 power
  4. excellent light transmission
  5. good warranty
  6. affordability

I know that just using the first 5 criteria I would just go out and buy some Leica’s or Swaro’s or Zeiss. But I am on a budget and from what I gather the Minox HG’s are almost as good as the big 3 brands but at a considerably lower price. These optics are out of Germany so I expect to see high grade European quality but at a lower cost. Check out what I am looking at here:
